Anticipated Dates of Enrollment

Be sure to indicate the Semester/Session and Year for which you are applying: 

• Fall Semester (August - December)

• Spring Semester (January - May)

• Summer Semester (May - August)

You may go to the Office of the Registrar website to obtain class beginning and ending dates at http://registrar.utmb.edu, clicking on "Registration", and then clicking on "Class Offerings." 

If your native language is not English, you are required to take and score satisfactorily on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). A satisfactory score is considered to be a total of 550. TOEFL score requirements are one of the many criteria of a student's admission and the requirements could vary based upon previous education, grade-point average, and related factors.

If your native language is not English and you are proficient in the English language and have not taken the TOEFL or IELTS exam, you should obtain from your supervisory professor a letter requesting to waive the TOEFL or IELTS exam stating that you are proficient in the English language and that your communication skills are very effective both verbally and in writing. You should have your supervisory professor address the letter to:
